Accommodation

The conference will take place at the Aliathon Holiday Village in Paphos - Cyprus. The Aliathon Holiday Village is ideally situated in the resort of Kato Paphos, Cyprus, just 15 minutes from the Paphos International Airport and only 150 meters from the beach. The picturesque fishing harbour and the historical fort of Paphos are within a short stroll from the Aliathon Holiday Village.

Delegates are encouraged to stay at the Aliathon Holiday Village for their convenience in attending the conference. Accommodation will be billed at a special low rate of 75 euros per person for a single standard room including breakfast per night or 55 euros per person for a double standard room including breakfast per night if it is booked at the same time as the registration fees, which is a more cost-effective package for delegates who wish to stay at the hotel during the conference. We recommend that delegates stay at the place of the conference venue, as transport will be required to access other hotels in the area. Please register early and book your accommodation at the same time, as limited rooms are available. There is a separate tab for acccommodation in the registration website where delegates can book their accommodation with the special low rates described. Click here for Online Registration-Payment or contact the Conference Secretariat, Smart Events, at [email protected] for additional assistance.

Kindly ensure that all funds for travelling and accommodation are secure prior to the conference. Please note that travel grants and financial support for delegates are not available for the conference. Note for third countries: All applicants will bear all of the expenses related to their visit, including conference registration, accommodation, all travel expenses, etc. The RSCy2020 is in no way responsible for any accommodation, maintenance and medical expenses for applicants that may occur during their stay in Cyprus. Also, the RSCy2020 is not able to contact the embassy or any government agencies on their behalf; this is the applicant’s sole responsibility.
